Once received, we will contact you via email to begin our consultation.Please note that all correspondences and design discussions will be conducted entirely via email. This allows us to bridge all time zones and carefully exchange details and photographs at your convenience.

2. Design Consultation via Email

Through our email exchange, we will attentively review your desires, sketches, or reference photos. Together, we will meticulously determine the design, dimensions, colors, and specific form of your unique butterfly art piece.

3. Design Approval & Deposit

Once the design is finalized, we will email you a official “PayPal Invoice (Deposit)” along with our commission terms and conditions for your review.If everything is correct, you can securely process the 50% deposit payment directly online using your preferred credit card.

4. Heartfelt Craftsmanship & Updates

Upon confirming your deposit, we will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind butterfly fine jewelry with the utmost devotion.Because exquisite art requires time, we will provide regular photo updates on the progress. Depending on the complexity of the design, production typically takes between 1 to 2 months to reach completion.

5. Notification of Completion

As soon as your butterfly masterpiece is fully realized, we will send you a beautiful photo confirmation via email to unveil the finished piece.

6. Final Payment & Exquisite Delivery

We will email you the “PayPal Invoice (Final Balance)” for the remaining amount. Upon confirmation of your final payment, your completed wearable artwork will be meticulously packaged and securely delivered to your hands.
